The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I particularly loved the beautiful artwork and traditional Colombian touches throughout the hotel. The general areas were well-kept and spacious, perfect for senior people like myself to relax and take in the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to assist seniors with mobility challenges. It was truly a comfortable and welcoming environment.
I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the staff could provide a bit more assistance and guidance. Although they were friendly and accommodating, sometimes it would have been helpful if the children working there could offer specific recommendations or suggestions tailored to the needs and interests of senior guests.

This place is mind-blowing! It's unbelievably new and impeccably clean. The location is jaw-dropping, nestled in a green area with a river nearby. It's a short 10-minute walk to the city center and conveniently close to stunning hiking trails. The staff is super sweet and incredibly helpful, making you feel like family. Just a tip, if you're looking for a hostel experience, this may not be the place for you as there's no kitchen or common area to lounge. an absolutely amazing stay!
